Mark Fitzpatrick

Mark Fitzpatrick is a retired US diplomat who served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Non-Proliferation. He is an Associate Fellow at the London-based International Institute for Strategic Studies, where he produced ten books on nuclear dangers,
